    Where is your factory located?

    Our factory is located in Foshan, Guangdong Province, China.

    Are you a trading company?

    No, we are a manufacturer. All our products are sold at factory prices, with no intermediaries. We invite you to visit our factory; we can pick you up from Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport.

    What services do you offer?

    We provide personalized, one-stop solutions, including OEM and ODM services.

    What is the lead time for delivery?

    After receiving the deposit and finalizing the packaging/design, orders are typically completed within about 15 days. However, the first order might take a bit longer due to the time needed for printing packaging.

    Can I print my own label or logo on the products and packaging?

    Absolutely, we accept OEM or ODM orders. We can customize baby diapers and pull-ups. Feel free to share your ideas with us!

    What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
    • Baby Diapers: 1-2 sizes mixed in one 20ft container (approximately 160,000 pieces). 3-4 sizes mixed in one 40HQ container (approximately 380,000 pieces).
    • Pull-Up Pants: 1 size per 20ft container (approximately 120,000 pieces). 3 sizes mixed in one 40HQ container (approximately 300,000 pieces).
    • Adult Diapers: 1 size per 20ft container (approximately 25,000 pieces). 3 sizes mixed in one 40HQ container (approximately 75,000 pieces).
    • For specific requirements, please consult with our customer service.
    Can you send free samples?
    Yes, we provide free samples, but customers are responsible for the shipping costs.
    • Please inform us of your preferred courier account, like DHL or FedEx.
    • Order through your local courier service; they will collect the samples from us.
    • Provide payment via Western Union/PayPal...
    What are your payment terms?

    A 30% deposit is required upfront, with the remaining 70% payable upon receipt of the bill of lading copy; or via sight Letter of Credit.
